1. About the service

MasterBinder (the “Service”) is a free, unofficial fan-made tool for tracking trading-card collections, operated by . By using the Service or creating an account you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Not affiliated with card publishers

The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures, Game Freak, Riot Games, Bandai or any other publisher. Pokémon, Riftbound, League of Legends, Dragon Ball and all related names, card images, artwork and marks are the property of their respective owners and are shown for identification and collection-tracking purposes only. Card data and prices are provided courtesy of TCGplayer.

Do not misuse the Service: no attempts to break or overload it, scrape it at scale, access other users’ data, upload unlawful content, or send spam or abusive messages through problem reports.

5. Accuracy; no financial advice

Card lists, numbers, rarities, images and prices come from third-party sources and may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Prices are estimates for information only and are not offers, appraisals or financial advice. Please verify before buying or selling. You can tell us about errors with the “Report a problem” button.

6. Your content

Your collection data remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it to operate the Service for you. We may use problem reports to improve the Service.

7. Availability and changes

The Service is provided “as is” and may change, be interrupted or be discontinued at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.

8. Disclaimer and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we give no warranties about the Service and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

9. Intellectual property complaints

If you are a rights holder and believe something on the Service should be removed, email and we will respond promptly.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of , without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms and will change the effective date above. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
